We are thrilled to be presenting on the topic of 'digital transformation in the office of finance' at this year's virtual edition of BoardDay Asia Pacific. The invitation came on the back of recent successful engagements where we helped the finance department to re-position itself as a value-adding business partner through the adoption of technology.
We observe increased demands on finance teams across all our clients. As traditional custodians of analytics within organisations, it is the finance department that is expected to deliver insights on past, current and now future trends across a broad range of metrics - financial and non-financial in nature.
To meet demand, finance departments need to re-invent themselves, e.g. automate transaction processing, enable self-service reporting and re-skill freed-up staff to provide timely insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
